On Friday the 21st of February, The British Omani Society was hosted by the Omani Student Society at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow for their event, 'Explore Oman 3.' We were joined by Yaseen Al Lawati, President of the Omani Student Society, and Strathclyde University's Principal Professor Sir Jim McDonald who opened the exhibition. Visitors were able to try Omani halwa and coffee whilst learning more about Omani history, cultural etiquette and heritage.
